A child’s letter to Santa is a Christmas tradition, and we want to make sure the important letter gets to the jolly old elf. The Junction Shopping Center and Clarke Broadcasting are teaming up to provide special mailboxes for your kids’ letters.
Letters may be submitted in 3 ways – dropped off the night of the parade in front of the Clarke Broadcasting building, after December 1st dropped in the special mailboxes in Courthouse Park on Washington Street in Sonora or at the Clarke Broadcasting studios at 342 S. Washington Street, or by mail to Letters to Santa c/o Clarke Broadcasting, 342 S. Washington St. Sonora, CA 95370 or . Entries must be received no later than midnight on Friday December 15. Random letters will receive a $25 gift certificate from the Junction Shopping Center. Remember to include your child’s first name, your name, phone number and email address. Winner’s names will be drawn on Monday, December 18, 2023 and random letters may be read on the air!
Look for the North Pole Mail Truck at the Clarke Broadcasting studios after the Sonora Christmas parade. Santa’s elves will be personally taking letters and passing out candy canes. You can win a cool $100 in cash from the Junction Shopping Center by sending us your Elf on the Shelf photos! We will choose qualifiers now through December 19th that will be posted here as well as on our Facebook page.
On December 19th, our panel of judges will award the cash prize based on originality, picture quality, and humor. You are welcome to enter as many times as you like!
