Terry Lamb
Terry is the real deal. Rain, shine, or snowstorm, he shows up every day at Leland Snowplay as the Outside Supervisor, making sure everyone’s safe and having fun. The kids even gave him the nickname “Froggy” — and if you’ve ever heard a tiny voice yell “HEY FROGGY!” across the snow hill, you know he’s already turning around with a grin and a shovel in hand.
In the summer, he’s still grinding with 10-hour workdays — and somehow still finds time to help friends, fix whatever’s broken, and show up for the people he loves. If his nieces Bre or Syd call with car trouble, he drops everything to get them back on the road. He’s just that guy.
And off the clock? He’s the best dad to his daughter Alice. This year she rode a quad, flew off doing doughnuts (don’t worry, she’s tough), jetskied, and jumps off docks like a champ — and Terry’s been right there for it all, cheering her on.
At the end of it all, he still comes home to love on his two dogs, Blueberry and Cornelius — who honestly would nominate him themselves if they could.
Terry doesn’t ask for recognition — but he deserves it. Let’s give Froggy the radio love he’s earned!
