Steve Deaver
Steve works full-time at JS West Propane and frequently volunteers to be on call—not only to support his co-workers but also to provide a little extra for our family. His dedication doesn’t stop when he clocks out. At home, he’s the one cooking dinner, helping our son Dominic care for his FFA pig, and keeping things running smoothly.
What truly sets Steve apart is his unwavering support. I’m currently working full-time while also enrolled in a full-time master’s program, and Steve has taken on many of our household responsibilities to help me pursue my goals. He never complains—he just shows up, every day, with a hardworking heart and a selfless spirit.
Steve is the definition of reliability and love in action, and I can’t think of anyone more deserving of recognition.
