My name is Krystal, my kids Kaleb and Alaina wanted to write and nominate their dad FRANK NEVAREZ as hard-working man. They hear it all the time on the radio and say my dad’s a hard-working man he needs to be hard working man of the week! His motto to them has always been hard work pays off, he not only says it but shows it. He works graveyard shifts at Sierra Pacific Industries and then switches back to days to watch them the rest of the week. On his days off he never stops! He always has a new project he’s working on to improve our lives. He loves us so much and we love him and want to let him know!
