Well here we go..at 7:20 I’ll step on the scale and see if I’ve lost any weight this week. Still following the same plan but have not drank much water or walked this week like I should have…so we’ll see what the scale says at 7:20!
UPDATE: I Lost 1 pound this week bringing my total weight loss for 5 weeks to 24 pounds. At least I’m a LOSER!
