Congratulations to this week’s KKBN Goodie Award Winner: Tracy Newsome
I would like to nominate my mother for the goodie award this week. She has been a member of our county for over 16 years. She has been taking courses at the college for years and has finally received her forestry degree. She has always wanted to help in the community by doing what she loves “working outside” She just recently got on with ACRT/PG&E and has been doing excellent. Being a mother of five she never had the time or money to go back to school and now that we are all moved out she accomplished her dream. She has never had much to call her own, but she is improving our community one day at a time.
