My name is Chopper. I’m a Bernese/Akita mix. Mom, Dad and I just moved to Angels Camp all the way from South Dakota.
I LOVE rides… but 1400 miles is TOO long!
My family rescued me from the Humane Society. Mom knew I was smart so she had me trained and certified me as a service animal! I know a lot of words and respond to around 50 commands now.
We are new managers at the Angels Inn Motel now. I really like meeting guests. If you have a cookie I like that even more! Kids are my favorite. At first they’re skeptical because I’m so big… but I’ve convinced most of them I’m just a big Teddy bear!
We’ve met a lot of great people so far… Mom says this is a Kindness Zone and you can really see why! Everyone has been very welcoming!
