Randy Morris

My man deserves to win the Hard Working Man contest because he shows up every single day — for his job at , for our home, and for our family.
He commutes an hour each way to work at Hilmar Cheese, yet he never walks through the door too tired to help. Whether it’s fixing something around the house, (if something breaks he doesn’t just replace it, he outsmarts it) tackling chores without being asked, or tinkering away to make our property better, he takes pride in providing and caring for the life we’re building together.
What makes him truly special is the time he pours into my grandchild. He builds things for him, teaches him how to use tools, and shows him what patience and hard work look like in real life. He isn’t just fixing things — he’s building memories and shaping a little heart that looks up to him.
Even with all of that, he still finds the energy to be a loving, supportive boyfriend. He listens, he cares, and he makes sure we feel safe and valued every day.
To me, hard work isn’t just about long hours — it’s about dedication, love, and showing up for the people who matter most. And that’s exactly who he is.
