Martin Sanchez
I would like to nominate my dad Martin Sanchez, a child of the Mother Lode, born and raised in Moccasin and Sonora.
My father is the hardest working man I know.
He has retired from San Francisco Hetch Hetchy water and power after 32 plus years. Now he runs his water tender truck business, so he was gone all this last summer working to help fight fires.
He works hard day after day a day, has raised 4 daughters and 1 son and now helps with his many grandchildren. Martin is also a loving husband to his wife Tina.
And on his down time since retirement, he has been rebuilding and remodeling his dream 1970 Chevelle that he has had since he was 21.
He always is willing with open arms to help others. Anyone that knows Martin knows what a hard working and loving person he is!
