KKBN Pet of the Week 12.01.20

Fergus

This is my Grand Hog Fergus.

He is owned by my son and lives out of state.

He is very shy but will crawl into my hand for mealy worms.

He loves his exercise wheel which, in order to maximize my sleep disruption, he chooses to use in the wee hours of the morning!

He may be prickly on the outside, but inside he is a sweetie.

KKBN Hard Working Man 11.25.20

John Dunlap

I want to nominate my fiancé John Dunlap for the hardworking man.

He has been an essential worker for the MACT health board as their maintenance and property manager.

During the entire pandemic he has never missed work and continues to come home to help me with our kids, pets and housework.

I don’t know what I would do without all he does to ensure his family is taken care of no matter the circumstances.

I don’t know a more deserving man for this contest then him and I can never thank him enough for all he does.

KKBN Pet of the Week 11.24.20

Douglas and Jacky

My mom Ranay Ryan has a farm in Greely Hill and all of her pets are best friends.

They are all so sweet and all act like dogs lol.

Douglas the pig and Jacky the horse hang out together and mischief together by taking snacks out of open car window to just wanting a belly rub or play in the pool with the kids.

KKBN Hard Working Man 11.18.20

Gary Donschikowski

My dad came into my life when I was 10.

Since getting to know him I have noticed how hard working he is.

Even before he became my mom’s husband. He stepped up and worked full time, went to college, and did side jobs to help provide for us.

As an adult now he still works hard and does side jobs. Working 7 days a week to make my mom’s dream home, in the house they bought a possibility.

He is the hardest working man I know.

I love you dad!

KKBN Pet of the Week 11.17.20

This is Teal!

Teal likes to help shut the drawers and doors, play tug of war and frisbee, and eat food.

She is quite the beggar!

She is a black lab that is 5 years old. Within her five years, she has learned many tricks including fist bumping!

She is adorable and loved by her family and friends.

She goes by many aliases including “Tealis the Millis”!

She loves her full size sleep number bed and both of her recliners. She is spoiled and always sleepy.
