Gettin Lean In 2013 (2nd week)

This morning our live weigh in resulted in a 4 pound weight loss!  I’m a loser once again and I like it!  Still doing the ” Trash Canning” and still using the MYFITNESSPAL App to track calories and so far so good.  NOTE:  Marie Callender Pot Pies…look carefully at the serving size…this one caught me off guard and I blew it one day!  Fruit, water, excercise 3-4 days a week and we’ll be next week for another KKBN Gettin Lean in 2013 LIVE Weigh In!  Good Luck!
