Congratulations to another well deserved Goodie Award Winner:

I am nominating Kendra & Dave Pish for the Goody award because of all the work they do for our environment, health, and community. They own a Bee Farm and not only provide for 500 hives of bees, but also harvest their raw honey, and visit our schools to teach about bees and what they do for our community. For instance, did you know that “honey bees Pollinate 80% of all fruit vegetable and seed crops in the USA, or that honey never goes bad and that a teaspoon a day of local honey will help with your allergies?”

So, thank you Kendra and Dave for all you do for us and the bees.

Pet Of The Week (10/25/11)

A Big KKBN Whoop Whoop and Congratulations to this week’s KKBN Pet Of The Week: Ty

Hello I’m writing you about our wonderful dog Ty. I know Ty has already been KKBN pet of the week last year, but this wonderful, amazing, special and loving companion has recently become an angel watching over us. We had to bear the loss of him for a couple weeks now and I would love to do one last tribute for him. He was my companion for 11 amazing years and I feel very privileged to have got to call him mine. He loved playing with his little brothers (Garret & Marshall pictured with him), fetching, swimming, hiking and any kind of activity. He was truly an amazing animal. Thank you for letting us share his legacy with everyone. Trent, Amy, Ariel, Isaac, Garret and Marshall.
