Congratulations to this week’s KKBN Goodie Award Winner: Carly Brown
Carly Brown, Esthetician at Happy Hour Salon, in Sonora, Ca, orchestrated a “Charity Hair Cutting day” for the foster/adopted children in Tuolumne County. Every foster/adopted child was invited to receive a complimentary hair cut and the girls also received a complimentary Nair Art Painting! I have to say, when I took my four foster/adopted children in to be pampered with hair cuts and styles and get their nails painted they felt like little princesses and queens!!!!! The Salon had peanut butter/jelly sandwiches and chocolate cookies and juice as snacks, they thought of everything! Carly and her team were so awesome! My gratitude for their thoughtfulness was truly heartfelt!!! I know my children will never forget how special they were meant to feel! They truly deserve this “Goodie of the Week Award”. Our children are our future……and these children have at times…..so little hope…..and to have these group of people treat them as if they were little queens and kings!!!
