Sue Stock aka”Miss Sparkly” is today’s Friday Friend! She came in this morning and spent a fun hour on the Big Joe & Bridgette Morning Show. Sue is one of KKBN’s loyal listeners who calls the show often and has developed a bit of a following. Thanks Sue for being our Final Final Friend for February! We had a blast! Here we go! Week number 9 for The Gettin Thin In 2010 Plan! This has been a tough week, getting a little bored with oatmeal, pop tarts, boiled eggs and tuna. I’m trying to spice it up a bit and have had a couple of weak moments! Plus, I’ve been craving Chinese food, not just food, a buffet! Today’s weigh in brings me to a total loss of 32 pounds! First Spring Health Fair

Join The Cabin this Saturday at Ironestone Vineyards for the first Spring Health Fair from Mark Twain St. Joseph’s Hospital. It starts at 7:00am this Saturday morning. Til Noon you can have a free health screening, get a blood analysis, look into senior services, get bone density screenings, nutrition information, fitness information, food, music, and FUN with our Jackpot machine, dolling out prizes from 8 to 10 with a live broadcast. Big Joe and Bridgette will broadcast live from this fun event!
