Time to recognize good deed here at home with the KKBN Goodie Award. Brought to you week by JS WEST Ace Hardware. Congratulations to Terry Ayres! Terry was nominated by for his good deed of service to his community! Read the letter below.
Terry has been a volunteer firefighter for the Tuolumne County Fire Department, Station 57 for 15 years. He is very dedicated and in 15 years of service has missed very few fire call or medical emergency.
Terry Works for Kamps Propane in Merced during the day commuting two hours to work each direction, but as soon as he is home he is totally dedicated to his volunteer work and can spend up to 8 hours fighting fire before going home, taking a shower and commuting back to work.
I feel that if anyone deserves volunteer of the week, Terry Ayres does.
